It all began with grandfather Pietro back in 1930, who at first left for the continent, but the distance from his homeland soon brought him back home. he devoted himself to breeding native Sardinian breeds and especially to raising the giara horse.
Our typical Sardinian cuisine with products from our farm and skillfully reinterpreted by mom Franca. then come I Pietro who together with my brothers carry on with pride all that has been handed down to us trying to keep our traditions alive.
